Order Processing Times
We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

Standard Items:
Orders for in-stock items (such as brochures, posters, and table-top displays) are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Other consumables and products: For specific products, please refer to the specific order or contact orders@astanzalaser.com for an estimated lead time.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Domestic Shipping: We offer Ground UPS shipping for most items. For some products on our Shopify store, shipping and taxes are included in the displayed price.

Expedited Shipping:
If you require faster delivery, please contact us before placing your order to receive a custom quote.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your UPS tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Handling
Astanza Laser is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want your experience to be satisfactory. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify our team at orders@astanzalaser.com so we can assist where possible.

International Shipping Policy
We currently ship primarily within the United States and only list shipping for products within the United States. For international shipping inquiries regarding our products, please contact our team directly at 1-800-364-9010 or by emailing orders@astanzalaser.com.
